Mr. Adam James John Johnson, age 28, of Ludington, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016. He was born August 4, 1987, in Lansing to Jack and Michelle (Spuller) Johnson. He was employed at Flora Craft. Adam graduated Journey High School and West Shore Community College.

Adam loved and cherished his children and family. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Adam also played the guitar and liked to doodle on paper. He also liked playing disc golf and riding his skate board. Adam will be remembered as the person that loved what he did and did what he loved. Adam would like to speak to all in our community that are struggling with addiction. In his memory, please reach out for counseling and assistance with your addiction.

Adam is survived by two sons: Jaycen Hathaway of Ionia, MI, Jack Johnson of Ludington; daughter, Ryder Llynn Johnson of Ludington; his father and mother Jack and Michelle (Spuller) Johnson of Ludington; one sister: Kayla (Crestino Clever) Johnson of Ludington, and one brother Jerimiah Johnson of South Boardman, MI; grandmother, Karen Henrickson of Ludington; two nieces, Gabriella Johnson, and Mackenzie Johnson both of South Boardman, MI; nephew, Jacob Clever of Ludington. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jack Johnson, grandmother, Bonnie Johnson, grandfather, John "Willie" Spuller.

The Memorial Service for Adam will be Friday, January 29, 2016, at 2:00 pm at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Ludington. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
