Miss Alice Demmon, age 91 of Hart, died Saturday, June 27, 2009. She was born February 28, 1918 in Elbridge Township to Mack and Molly (Ching) Demmon. Alice is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Glen Demmon, Kenneth Demmon, George Demmon and Lawrence Demmon; two sisters, Berdina Bearss and Eleanor Lohman. Anyone who knew Alice found her to be a very peaceful loving person, especially of children and baby animals. She took great joy in simple conversation and was anxiously looking forward again to be with her mother. Her family wishes to thank the Oceana County Medical Care Facility staff for her care and many other kindnesses she received. There is no funeral service being planned.
