Mrs. Alice Beth Olson, age 88, of Ludington, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014. She was born February 10, 1926, in Kent City, MI to Roy and Elizabeth (Bond) Frook. Alice attended high school through the twelfth grade and on October 19, 1945, Alice married Carl R. Olson in Ft. Wayne, IN; they were married fifty years. She was a homemaker, was truly faithful to her Lord and was an active prayer warrior. She enjoyed her grandchildren and spending time with her friends from church.

Alice is survived by her children, Carl R. (Deb) Olson of Ludington, Robin Olson-Templer of Ludington, and Thom Olson of Chicago, IL; six grandchildren, Carl, Bethany, Ellen, Kaleb, Abigail, Hannah; five great-grandchildren, Raelee, Bret, Dylan, Kassidi, Keegan; and one sister, Evelyn Keith of Dowling, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl R. Olson; and her parents.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Olson will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 1:00 pm at the King Funeral Home in Hart with Pastor Tom Bye officiating. Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to the service. The family requests that any memorials be directed to S.I.M. Serving in International Christian Missions, 14830 Choate Circle, Charlotte, NC 28273.
