Mr. Allen J. McLellan, age 71 of Walkerville, died Thursday, April 9, 2009. He was born October 15, 1937 in Charlevoix County, Michigan to Robert and Helen (Schall) McLellan. Mr. McLelland was employed as a custodian at Walkerville Public Schools retiring in 2004. He attended the Walkerville United Methodist Church. He also served his country in the U.S. Army. He is survived by 3 sisters, Shirley Lowe, Lois Landis, Lila Horniman; 3 brothers, John McLellan, Lyle McLelland, Gary McLellan. Allen was preceded in death by his parents. The Memorial Service for Mr. McLellan will be held Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. from the Walkerville United Methodist Church. Interment in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
