Mrs. Anna "Ann" Miller, age 87 of Hart died, Saturday May 8, 2010. She was born in Chicago, IL on July 29, 1922 to Anthony and Philomena (Orzoli) Marino. She married Myles E. Miller, Sr., on March 27, 1941 in Covington, KY and he preceded her in death on September 17, 1990. Mrs. Miller enjoyed making a home for her husband and children, she loved to cook and feed everyone until they were stuffed. She loved to read and listen to music, especially the tunes of Frank Sinatra and Italian music favorites. She also started the Hart Volleyball League that played at the old Hart Street High School Gymnasium. Mrs. Miller is survived by her children, Myles E. (Karen) Miller, Jr., of Oak Park, IL, Marie (Don) Carlos of Upland, CA; 2 grandchildren, Myles E. Miller III and Michelle Melinda Furmanski; 2 great grandchildren, Myles E. Miller IV and Morgan Miller. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Miller will be held Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. from the King Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Salvation Army.
