Mrs. Anne C. Bovid, age 85, of Hart, passed from this world peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday, May 23, 2014. She was born May 13, 1929, in Ludington, to Carl and Minnie (Engblade) Forsman. Anne was a 1947 graduate of Ludington High School. She married Charles Bovid on September 2, 1950 in Ludington. Being a homemaker, her family was always the first priority in her life.

Anne is survived by her husband, Charles Bovid of Hart; one daughter, Kathy Bovid of Chicago, IL; and three sons, Greg (Susan) Bovid of Ludington, MI, Doug Bovid of DeKalb, IL, Jeff (Kelle) Bovid of Nunica, MI; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Carl Forsman.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Bovid will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. from the King Funeral Home-Hart with the Rev. Dennis Bromley officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
