Obituary

Henrietta Morat and "Dick" Dingozian had just moved to Southern California from Chicago in 1933, when their second daughter, Annette, was born February 23, 1934. She was born in the Presbyterian Hospital in Hollywood. The family settled in Los Angles where her father opened his shop as a tool and die maker. During the early years of Annette's and Charlotte's (her sister) lives, regular summer trips were made to Hart, Michigan, by train, to see Henrietta's parents and many brothers and sisters. These summer visits made a profound and lasting influence on the two sisters. When Annette retired in 1993, she chose Hart as her place of retirement for herself and her family.

Annette's life was full and varied. At the age of eighteen she became a member of the Baha'i Faith and spent twelve years traveling and teaching the Baha'i Faith with her first husband, in Arizona, Argentina, Panama, and Costa Rica. Upon returning to the United States, she returned to college in California and earned an art teaching degree and a master's degree in special education, which she taught until retirement. Her last years in Michigan were filled with her favorite activities of drawing, painting, gardening, and cooking. Annette is survived by her husband, Maurice; son, Pierre; daughter, Lisa, and son-in-law, Ernie Campos.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Toulemon will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at South Hart Cemetery. Annette requests that no flowers or money be given, only that prayers are offered at her funeral for world peace and universal harmony among all people.
