On Monday, June 16, 2025, Audrey Leanne Zenner passed away at the age of 20 after a lengthy battle with depression. Audrey was born at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City and passed away at home in Green Lake Township.

Audrey is survived by her parents; Theresa Grist and Matthew (Lydia) Zenner, siblings; Autumn Zenner, Zander Hansen, Layla Zenner, and Silas Redman. Grandparents; Mark (Kathleen) Grist, Katalin Yaster, Rose Martin, Debora Schwartz, and Niles Breithaupt Jr. Great-Grandparents; John Woodcox and Douglas Schwartz. Aunts and Uncles; Tracy (Kevin) Healy, Chrissy (Stuart) Pinkston, Ronda (Bob) Meyer, Ryan Martin, Stacey Grist, Nicole (Riley) Watson, Christopher (Lindsay) Roop, Sarah Barraw, Amy (Robert) Spaulding, Justin Lapan, Niles (Angie) Breithaupt III, and Charlie Breithaupt. Cousins; Michael Healy, Brandon Healy, Bree Pinkston, Emmery Pinkston, Mallory Pinkston, James Avery, Alexis Avery, Scarlete Miller, Lillith Kingman, Dean Roop, Janie Roop, Boone Roop, Robbie Meyer, Cameron Martin, Jacob Brendle, Abby Bregy, David Brendle, and Niles Breithaupt IV.

She was proceeded in death by her Grandparents; Thomas and Victoria Zenner and Ron Martin, Great-Grandparents; Verna Woodcox, Bonnie and Ralph Zenner, Barbara and Richard Barshaw and Anna-Maria Szonyi.

She absolutely loved being a big sister and protector to her siblings, it was her greatest joy. Audrey loved animals with her whole heart. Pets were never just pets, they were family to her. She leaves behind her most beloved pet, her cat Finn a.k.a. Spen, Phinneus, or Monkey. Audrey was a very gifted artist and spent many days crafting, painting and drawing, she taught herself sign language and how to knit, loved to crochet, enjoyed cooking and baking, gaming with her friends, being a beach babe and loudly belting out songs at the top of her lungs with her siblings.

Audrey graduated in 2023 from Suttons Bay Virtual School. In her youth, she looked forward to and was involved in Twin Lakes 4H group for 7 years where she showed swine and rabbits. She was very proud to be part of 4H, as it was established by Bonnie and Ralph Zenner.

A public celebration of life will be held from noon to 2pm, on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Beacon Cremation and Funeral Service, 511 South Garfield Avenue, Traverse City, MI 49686. Please carpool if at all possible, due to limited parking.

Private viewing and burial has been shared with immediate family and close friends.
