Barbara Jean Henigan, 92, of Kingsley, formerly of Buckley, died Monday, March 14, 2022, at Munson Hospice House in Traverse City.  She was born July 17, 1929, in Ferndale, the daughter of Ralph and Donna (Stack) Liddle.

Barbara was a member of the Rebecca Lodge #402 in Mesick, reaching the degree of Silver Star.  In addition to being a homemaker, she worked various jobs throughout her life to support her family, her favorite being a beautician.  In her spare time, she loved to sew and quilt.

Barbara is survived by: her daughter, Cherie (Jim) Suhy of Kingsley; grandchildren, David Suhy, Kyle Henigan, Cory Henigan, and Sean Henigan; great-grandchildren, Owen and Morgan Suhy; and daughter-in-law, Tammy (VanPamel) Henigan of Hillman.

Barbara was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Gilbert Henigan; grandson, Jonathan Suhy; brother, Ralph Liddle; and son, Michael Henigan.

In keeping with Barbara's wishes, no services will be held at this time.
