Becky Sue Dodson, 45, of Scottville, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  She was born January 28, 1973, in Ludington, the daughter of Richard and Margaret (Carlson) Dodson.

Becky graduated from Ludington High School in 1991.  Becky excelled in school and received several academic honors.  She received Associate Degrees from West Shore Community College and Mid-Michigan College where she became a certified Radiology Technician.   Becky also attended George Mason University in Virginia to study geology.  Becky supplemented her income by working at McDonald's in Ludington, where her smiling face and warm personality was welcomed by the early morning customers.  Becky spent several months living in Butzbach, Germany and travelled to France, Belgium and Luxemburg.  Becky was a kind-hearted person who never failed to tell her family how much she loved them.  She loved her family, cats, and had a deep love for her Lord and Savior.

Becky will be greatly missed by her family.  Becky is the beloved daughter of Richard Dodson of Ludington, cherished life partner of Shaun Hansen of Scottville, and much-loved sister of Cathy (Jim) Wiles, of Ludington, Diana (Thomas) Draghi, of Las Vegas, Vicki (Mike) Saenz, of Bay City and Danny (Angie) Dodson, of Ludington.  Becky is the dearly loved aunt of several nieces and nephews; Stephanie Smith, Joseph Smith, Joshua Hoffman, Andrea Hoffman, Katherine Draghi, Zachary Draghi, Jacob Saenz, Matthew Saenz, Noah Dodson and Abby Dodson.  Becky was proceeded in death by her mother, Margaret Dodson in 2015.
