Brian Terry Selnes, 63, of Montague, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly, at his home, on April 12, 2021.

Brian was born April 29, 1957, in Detroit, the son of Terry Selnes and Beverly (Bright) Selnes Lynch. Brian moved to Montague, Michigan at a young age and has resided there ever since.

Brian enjoyed hunting, working with leather, and working on other projects around his home, including spending hours tending his lawn and spending time with his family and friends.

Brian is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Selnes of Nashville, TN, and Jennifer Selnes of Whitehall, MI; sisters, Sue (Rick) Sikkenga of Montague, and Sandy (John) Wackernagel of Montague; nieces, Chris (Jeff) Stark, Jackie (Max) Beegle, and Jesica (Nate) TenBrink; and nephews, Scott Sikkenga and Wes Wackernagel.

Brian was preceded in death by: his father, Terry Selnes; and mother and step-father, Beverly (Wayne) Lynch.

Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Evangelical Covenant Church, 900 Warner Street, Whitehall, MI 49461. If attending, the family requests that everyone wear a mask.
