Casey Lee Burch, 33, of Bitely, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 2, 2024. He was born August 29, 1990, in Big Rapids.

Casey's interests included playing video games and watching anime, but he always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an excellent help with his niece, Willow, and nephew, Jack; and when they were younger, his nephew, Axel, and niece, October. Casey was also very close to his cousins, Eric Scarbrough and Terry Green; they were the three amigos for a very long time. Later adding Tim Green and Christian Kempher to their little group, and they always had a lot of fun together.

Casey is survived by: his father, Daniel Wellington Burch; mother, Aurora Mae Geisken; son, Lokie Sumner-Burch; siblings, Corey and Scarlett Burch and Shara and Alex Dooley Phaleshia Burch; aunts and uncles, Terry and Hope Green, Lois Scarbrough, David Burch, Christopher and Stephanie Hansen, Michael and April Hansen, Carrie and Frank Parker, and Donald Genson; paternal grandmother, Lois Wilson; and maternal grandparents, Mike ad Evelynn Hansen.

Casey was preceded in death by: his paternal grandfather, Red Wilson; and uncle, Wayne Scarbrough.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Hesperia Chapel, 61 Hawley Street, Hesperia, MI 49421. There will be a luncheon to follow at the Hesperia American Legion Post 411, 4075 South 198th Avenue, Hesperia.
