Christine Anne Janky, 73, of Mears, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. She was born on October 7, 1948, the daughter of Stanley and Dorothy Janky.

Chris owned her own company, Taylor Personnel, in San Francisco, California, for over twenty years. After she retired, she moved to her lake house overlooking Lake Michigan, and Little Point Sable Lighthouse in Mears Township. Chris worked for a time at Hansen Foods grocery store and at Cherry Point Farms. She loved the arts, especially music and had an eclectic collection of music, ranging from jazz to contemporary artists.

Chris was a wonderful sister, aunt, and great-aunt and brought joy into so many people's lives.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Janky, Susan Simon (Janky), and Mary Janky.

In accordance with Chris's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of her life will take place on Sunday, July 17.
