Mrs. Colleen A. "Connie" Aguirre, age 76 of Hart, died Monday, May 31, 2010. She was born in Ludington, Michigan on June 27, 1933 to Andrew and Berna (Whitman) Shanks. On December 2, 1951 at Hart, she married Raymond Aguirre and he preceded her in death in 1993. Mrs. Aguirre was employed at Gray & Company for 30 years as a cherry sorter. Her interests included Bingo and playing at the Little River Casino. She is survived by her children, Raymond (Sherry) Aguirre, Jr. of Hart and Dianna Lynn (Fiancée, Joseph Hampton) Simpson of Hart; grandchildren, Angela Guiterrez of Hart and Rick Aguirre of Hart; five great grandchildren; brother, Neil (Pat) Trepanier of Escondido, CA; several nieces and nephews. The Memorial Service for Mrs. Aguirre will be held Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. from the King Funeral Home with Fr. Thomas Bolster officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
