Daniel Lee Crawford age 75, of Hart, MI, passed away on February 8, 2017. He was born October 20, 1941 to Stillman and Bernice (Barrett) Crawford. He was married to Deborah Phillips for 36 years and was employed by Fruit Packers, Hanson Foods, Cherry Packers and was a custodian for St. Gregory Parish in Hart.

Daniel was a very simple and selfless person who loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He liked being outside enjoying his front porch and nature.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Crawford of Hart; children: Angela Highland-Knapp of Muskegon, and Zane (Angie) Highland of Hart; grandchildren: Tyler Lenon and Emily Highland;  sister: Denise Cram of Hart; sister-in-law: Marsha (Larry) Springs of Tucson, AZ; brother-in-law: William (Deborah) Phillips Los Cruces, New Mexico; many nieces and nephews. He in preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Donna Spivey, Dorothy Salazar, Deanna Lenon; brothers: Dillard, Duane, Dean, Darrell and Doug Crawford.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m on Saturday February 25, 2017 at Shelby Congregational Church UCC, 51 E. Third Street, Shelby, MI 49455.
