IN LOVING MEMORY OF
David
Osborn
September 22, 1956 – February 5, 2023
David Osborn, 66, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2023. David was a proud and devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather. He was a true family man who always put his loved ones first.
David was born September 22, 1956, at the Norfolk Naval Station in Virginia. After serving his country proudly in the United States Navy, he went on to attend Michigan State University where he studied horticulture. David's love for learning and passion for horticulture remained with him throughout his life.
One of David's greatest passions was genealogy. He spent countless hours researching his family history, tracing his roots back generations. David was proud of his heritage and loved sharing his findings with his family and friends. He was always eager to hear about their own family stories and loved to connect with others who shared his interest.
David was also an active member of the "Rattle with Us" Tea Party and was a strong supporter of its mission. He was passionate about his beliefs and was not afraid to speak up for what he felt was right. David was a true patriot and believed in the principles that make this country great. He loved his country deeply and was proud to have served in the United States Navy. He was always eager to share his appreciation for the freedoms and opportunities that America provides, and he lived his life as a testament to these values.
David was a fun-loving person who had a great sense of humor. He was always eager to make people smile and was beloved by all who knew him. But it was his genuine and kind nature that truly set him apart. David was always willing to lend a helping hand, to listen when someone needed a shoulder to lean on, and to offer words of encouragement when they were needed most. He never sought recognition or reward for his acts of kindness, but instead, lived his life with a humble and selfless spirit.
David was a loving husband to his wife, Susan Osborn. Together, they were a true partnership, and Susan will miss him deeply. They raised two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn and Melissa, who will always remember their father as a strong and loving presence in their lives. David was also a proud grandfather to his two grandchildren, James and Claire. He had two nephews, Jacob Hower and Stephen Osborn Jr., who will miss him deeply as well.
David will be deeply missed by his mother, Patricia; sister, Catherine; wife, Susan; two daughters, Kaitlyn and Melissa; two grandchildren, James and Claire; and two nephews, Jacob Hower and Stephen Osborn Jr.
His memory will live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him. David was a kind and caring man who touched the lives of all who knew him. Rest in peace, David.
