Dean Alan McDonald, 66, of Walkerville, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at his home. He was born May 22, 1958, in Hart, the son of Leonard and Greta (Tickle) McDonald.

Dean proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Following his time in the Navy, he worked for Howmet Aerospace for 12 years and then Sun Chemical for 12 years. He also occasionally enjoyed to go deer hunting.

Dean is survived by: his children, Brandon Blamer, Jeremiah McDonald, and Derek McDonald; grandchildren, Tyler Blamer, Alex Blamer, Travis Blamer, Keaton McDonald, and Isabella McDonald; his parents, Leonard and Greta McDonald; sister, Lenetta Thompson; and brother, Rusty (Jill) McDonald.

Dean was preceded in death by his brother, Landon McDonald.

In accordance with Dean's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
