Deanna Leone Shook, 40, of Twin Lake, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023. She was born July 4, 1982, the daughter of Randall Shook and Michelle Anderson.

Deanna had a bright and shining soul and an infectious smile. She was known for her bangs which she always had since she was young. She loved her children and grandson as well; they were her world. She loved looking up at the stars at night and was looking forward to looking through the telescope her dad is building and was planning on going with him to the next eclipse. She is now one of the stars we see when we look to the sky.  She was planning her dream wedding with Michael in October and was looking forward to her dream honeymoon to Scotland and Ireland. Deanna never met a stranger as she befriended everyone that blessed her presence. She had such a sweet, kind, loving, caring soul.

Deanna enjoyed the outdoors no matter rain or shine. She enjoyed camping, kayaking even though she tipped over every trip, riding quads, and collecting rocks. She loved art and was an artist of her own. Her favorite holiday was the 4th of July, rightfully so being her birthday. She loved spending any time she could with her family and friends.

Deanna is survived by: her father, Randall Shook (Teresa); her children, Bobbi, Blaine, and Madison Sieffert; grandson, Xxaiver Sieffert; fiancée, Michael Shank; grandmothers, Doris Anderson and Lorraine Shook; brothers, Rand Lasse and Daniel Fitzgerald (Heather); step brother, Robbie Ream (Amalia); aunts, Lisa Shook Luce (Mike), Susan Staples (Michael), Christine Rice (Mark), Joanne Hain, and Jenny Crain; uncle, Ronel Shook (Roseanne); cousins, Ronel Shook (Jennifer), Holli Murphy (Daniel), Joshua Shook (Jessica), Rickey Shook, and Jenna Shook; best friends, Mindi Holy and Carletta Thomas; and many soon to be in-laws, extended family, and friends.

Deanna was preceded in death by: her mother, Michelle Anderson; her grandfathers, Blaine Shook and Roman Anderson; uncle, Rick Shook; and aunt, Mary Heath.

Services for Deanna will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Shiloh Tabernacle Church, 460 E Tyler Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Tabernacle Church or to the family to help with expenses.
