Mrs. Della Mary Hackett, age 91 of Hart, passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 in Summerfield, FL. Della was a quiet, sweet and loving mother, who for the last two years battled cancer and proved to be very strong and courageous. Della was born on July 28, 1918 to Edward and Nina Cargill and was preceded in death by her husband, James "Bud" Hackett, one brother, Laurence Cargill, one sister, Lucile Shull and one grandson, Jim Herrygers. She will be deeply missed by her five daughters, Nancy Herrygers of Tampa, Fl, Connie (Terry) Green of Mecosta, MI, Colleen (Paul) Cartwright of Summerfield, FL, Joan (Michael) Nesbitt of Hart and Margie (Ed Thayer) Barber of Portage, MI; 6 grandchildren, Jeff (Jennifer) Herrygers, David Cartwright, Scott Cartwright, Hans Meulenburg, Chad Barber and Michelle Barber; 3 great grandchildren, Ryan Herrygers, Lauren Herrygers and Tyler Herrygers. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. from the Hart Wesleyan Church with Pastor David Gray officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Hart Wesleyan Church. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Marion County, P.O.
