Dennis "Denny" Allan Blonshine, 68, of Traverse City, died Sunday, December 26, 2021, at home with his beloved wife by his side.  He was born April 4, 1953, in Traverse City, the son of Russell and Frances (Harrigan) Blonshine.

Denny drove truck most of his life, retiring from The Concrete Service in 2016.  He worked hard to provide for his family.  Denny was a devoted husband and father, and a gentle and loving grandfather.  He was the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone, and he will be missed by those who loved him.

On June 11, 1988, in Traverse City, Denny married Renee Champine who survives him.  He is also survived by: his children, Dennis (Kate) Cerasoli of Austin, Texas, Randy Blonshine of Fife Lake, and Christina (Matthew) Egeler of Interlochen; grandchildren, Deven (Samantha), Dylen, Torin, and Logan; siblings, Michael Blonshine and Jack Blonshine; sisters-in-law, Carissa, Diane, and Sharon; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Denny was preceded in death by: his parents; granddaughter, Shelbey Hall; brothers, Howard, Dale, Harold, Frederick, Jim, Tom, Richard "Dick," and Robert "Bob" (Charlotte); sisters, Shirley and Mary Lou; and fur baby, Molly.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 & 4-6, Saturday, January 1, 2022, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service Covell-Kingsley Chapel.
