Diane Marie Kramer, 66, of Traverse City, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at her home.  She was born February 12, 1958, in Traverse City, the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Gatzke) Schopieray.

Diane worked at Taylor Printing for many years.  She maintained beautiful flower gardens that were decorated with hand-painted rocks.  Diane was a talented crafter who enjoyed beadwork, making many rosaries and Christmas ornaments.  More than anything, Diane was devoted to her family.

On November 13, 1982, at All Faiths Chapel in Traverse City, Diane married Jeffery Kramer who survives her.  She is also survived by: her sons, Brandon (Kendra) Kramer of Traverse City and Brian Kramer of Traverse City; grandchildren, Kensington and Claire of Traverse City; mother, Shirley Schopieray of Traverse City; siblings, Robert "Bob" (Phyllis), Jim, and Sue Schopieray of Traverse City.

Diane was preceded in death by: her father; and her children, Nichole Kramer and Jeffrey Kramer Jr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3801 Shore Road, Williamsburg, Michigan  49690 with the Rev. Christopher Jarvis celebrant.  Visitation will be held from 2-4 PM, Friday, November 29, 2024, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, 511 S. Garfield Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan  49686, and at the church on Saturday from 12:00 PM until time of Mass.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to your local catholic church for Mass intentions for Diane's soul.
