Dolores Louise Stein, 89, of Fife Lake, died Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Maple Ridge Living Center in Cadillac.  She was born April 3, 1932, in Detroit, the daughter of William and Cecelia (Stachura) Sweet.

Dolores was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Fife Lake.  Following her retirement from Cadillac Rubber & Plastic, she spent time doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and making the occasional trip to the casino; she loved playing penny slots and cards.

Dolores is survived by: her children, Elaine Stein of Cadillac, Mark (Sheree) Stein of Fife Lake, David (Stacy) Stein of Fife Lake, Kevin (Paula) Stein of Traverse City, and Glenn (Kathy) Stein of Fife Lake; grandchildren, Sharon, Charlie, Alissa, Christina, Danielle, Konrad, Oliver, RJ, and Amber; 11 great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Janet Jeroue.

On June 6, 1953, Dolores married Charles Stein who preceded her in death in August of 2003.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Kim Stein.

Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 21, 2021, Saint Aloysius Catholic Church in Fife Lake.  Interment will follow in Saint Aloysius Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Post #219 in Fife Lake.
