Donald "Don" Francis Budreau, 86, of Ludington, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at home surrounded by his family.  He was born August 28, 1930, in Ludington, the son of Frank and Gertrude (Ard) Budreau.

Don served in the US ARMY, where he was stationed in Okinawa.

Don retired from the C&O Railroad, where he had worked for over 40 years.  In his spare time, Don enjoy fishing and spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.  He was a talented musician, playing the accordion, piano and organ.  He was a member of the Budreau Brothers Band for many years, as well as playing the organ at Oakview Medical Care and Tender Care of Ludington for several years.  Don was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Don is survived by: 3 children, Ronald (Linda) Budreau of Dublin, Ohio, Sandy Ahlgren of Ludington and Gregory Budreau of Ludington; 8 grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, Eric, Blake, Stacy, Jason (Moria), Brandon and Lynsey; 5 great-grandchildren, Brittany, Tyler, Alex, Kaedyn and Arya; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Don was preceded in death by: his wife, Arlene Agnes Budreau; his son, Gary Budreau; his great-grandson, Justin Allen Kimbler; and his brothers, Edwin "George", Gerald, Frank, James and Lyle.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 28, 2017, at King Funeral Home & Cremation Service, in Ludington, with Pastor Joseph Hilyard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
