Donald G. Higginson, 67, of Hart, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility. The son of the late George Higginson and Janet Fuehring Higginson, he was born in Hart on December 28, 1942. Donald spent most of his life in Morton Grove, Illinois and Ocala, Florida before returning to Hart in 1992.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Fuehring Higginson and cousins, Carl (Pat) Fuehring of Mears, Douglas (Kathy) Fuehring of Hart, Bruce (Marybeth) Bachar of Morton, Illinois, Ronald (Nancy) Reddehough of Cary, Illinois, Edwin (Joan) Curtis of Arizona, Judy Higginson of Redlands, California; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no service as cremation has taken place and interment will be with his father in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Arrangements were by King Funeral Home in Hart.
