Mr. Edgar G. "Eddie" Dennert, age 90 of Hart, died Saturday, December 6, 2008. He was born November 17, 1918 in Weare Township to Louis and Anna (Hepp) Dennert. He married Bernadette Greiner in 1943 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Eddie was a farmer and later had worked building pole buildings. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Bernadette Dennert of Hart; 2 sons, Jerry Dennert and Robert Dennert, both of Hart; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Beard, Angela Dennert, Amber Dennert and Adam Dennert; 5 great grandchildren, Azlyn Dennert and Taylor Dennert, Angela Beard, Andrew Beard, Abigail Beard; 1 sister, Dolores Butler of Hart. He was preceded in death by his son Ronald; 4 brothers, Henry, Louis, twin brothers, Cecil "Rusty" and Cyril Dennert; 2 sisters, Gerri Purdy and Estella Dennert; daughter in law, Donna Dennert. The Mass of the Resurrection for Mr. Dennert will be offered Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. from St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Anton Tran presiding. Interment will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to the Mass at Church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Crystal Valley Care Fund.
