Loving mother/grandmother, animal devotee, and longtime ward clerk, Eileen Erin Bladzik, 80, of Traverse City, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2024, at Munson Medical Center. Eileen graduated from Manistee High School in 1962. She spent the majority of her career working at Manistee Medical Center and Traverse City Osteopathic Hospital. She always had a big heart for animals – caring for many cats, dogs, and birds throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, visiting local farm stands, and cooking for her loved ones. Eileen was the light of her family and is greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Heidi Lindeman; son, Wade Lindeman; grandchildren, Betsy Lindeman (Scott Hughey) and Andrew Lindeman; her former husband, Terry Bladzik, and beloved dog Nikko. She was preceded in death by her former husband and father of their children, William Howard Lindeman.

The family plans to hold an intimate memorial in her honor.
