Mrs. Florence E. Deal, of New Era died Monday, May 24, 2010. She was born in Ludington, Michigan to Henry John and Rose Olive (Roeder) Lange. Mrs. Deal was raised in Elbridge Township and had graduated from Hart High School in the Class of 1949. On October 24, 1952, she married Richard Deal in Elbridge Township. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family was her life. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Brian) Brubaker of Pentwater and Richele (Jeffrey) Anderson of New Era; five grandchildren, Stephanie Deneke, Brad (Carrie) Brubaker, Joshua Anderson, Ashley Brubaker, Jori Anderson; one great granddaughter, Rhiannon Deneke; sister in law, Johanna Lange of Hart; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard Deal, brother, Henry 'Curly" Lange, sister and brother in law, Margaret and Theodore Carlson. The Memorial Service for Mrs. Deal will be held Friday, May 28, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. from the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Tom Montgomery officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church W.H.O. Group.
