Mrs. Frances Louise Summers, age 88, of Hart, MI passed away Friday, August 29, 2014. She was born October 26, 1925, in Rogers City, MI to Robert and Agnes (Hodges) Middaugh. Frances was a very happy person, always smiling, always helping others, a caregiver.

Frances is survived by one daughter, Darlene (Richard) McGhan of Hart, MI; two grandchildren, Louise (Mark) Reterstoff of Hart, MI; and Edwin Milner of Walkerville, MI; two step-grandchildren, Lisa (Stewart) Padilla of Hart, MI and Jeff (Kim) McGhan of Pierson, MI; ten great-grandchildren; and one brothers, Gary Middaugh. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sidney Summers, her sisters, Marian and Louella; her brothers, Bob, Ray, Richard, Tom, Ole, and Pete; and her sister-in-law, Charlene Summers.

As per her request, there will be no services. Interment will be in Elbridge Township Cemetery.
