Mr. Francisco "Frank" Vasquez, age 85, of Hart, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015. He was born August 5, 1929, in Soto La Marina, Mexico to Juan and Dolores (Vasquez) Vasquez. He married Eloisa Melchor and was employed at Golden Hart Fruit Farms. Frank worked in the agriculture business thirty years before retiring. He enjoyed life, being outdoors, traveling, and he was always there to lend his hand to anyone. Frank was a member of Knights of Columbus Father Marquette Assembly 2011 Ludington and the Knights of Columbus Mary Queen of Peace Council 2199 Hart.

Frank is survived by his wife: Eloisa Vasquez; three daughters, Zandra (Antonio) Vasquez of Hart, Ericka (Juan) Salinas of OH, and Yesenia (Lazaro) Madrigal of Shelby; two sons, Heraldo (Stacy) Vasquez of Scottville and Aurelio (Irma) Melchor of FL; twenty grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two sisters, Irma (Dustano) Hdz of Mexico and Maruca (Adan) Medrano of Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Juan Antonio and Santana; three sisters, Guadalupe' Hdz, Aurelia Vasquez, and Maria Delcarmen Lopez.

The Mass of Resurrection for Mr. Vasquez will be offered Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at 11:00 am at St. Gregory Catholic Church in Hart with Father Norbert Leyrita officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Hart. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2015.
