Gerald Evans Gill passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 91.  His love of life, family, sailing and adventure will always be remembered.  He began his working life in farming and sales.  After graduating Virginia High School he completed his higher education through Knox College and the University of Miami as well as his Navy service.  This gentleman who made you feel special was an entrepreneur and connoisseur of living well and his joy in sharing with his family, friends and community was evident every day.  His commitment to CassComm and his friendship with everyone involved was extraordinary.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; son, Gerald S; sister, Wendy; and a celebration of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Gerald's presence made a difference, and he will be missed.

There will be a memorial service at White lake Yacht Club on August 7, 2022 at 12-2.

Another memorial will take place in Illinois in the fall.
