Gerald Lamar Lee, 70, of Montague, MI, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017. Gerald was born on November 15, 1947.

Gerald was blessed with 2 children in his life. He worked as an Environmental Engineer for many years. Gerald knew and loved the Lord. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being in the woods and camping. He was a humble, simple, kind, honest man who never took advantage of anyone. He loved his family deeply and he will be deeply missed.

Gerald is survived by his sons, Jesse (Elyssa) Lee and Jarred Lee; grandchildren, Adain, Seleah, Azriel, Jeremiah and 1 on the way; brother, Roy (Linda) Lee; sisters, Frances (Charley) Gill, Carolyn Krugler, Peggy Fugat and Kathy Hartzog; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy; and sister, Ruth.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place and a service will take place in the spring. Those wishing to attend are asked to contact Gerald's son Jesse.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gerald's family.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, in Whitehall, is in charge of arrangements.
