Haley Nicole Stangler, 21 of Kingsley, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 22, 2021.  Haley was born in Deer River, Minnesota on March 15, 2000, the daughter of Joseph and Melissa (Allen) Stangler.  The family moved to Kingsley in 2001, and has since called it their home.  Haley graduated from Kingsley High School in 2018, and was currently attending Northwestern Michigan College, pursing her nursing degree.

Haley was a very fun-loving, popular individual, often the life of the party.  She had and infectious smile and laugh, and enjoyed hanging with her friends tubing, kayaking, two-tracking, and playing video and board games.  Soccer was a passion for her, playing it her entire life, and she was the assistant soccer coach for Kingsley Middle School for two years.

She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Stangler and Melissa Allen; siblings, Caitlin, Nathan, and Gwendolyn Stangler; grandparents, Kay Allen and William (Sue) Stangler; and many other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Stanley Allen.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell Kingsley Chapel.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Kingsley.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
