Mrs. Hope M. Dickenson, age 52, died Saturday, October 27, 2007. She was born January 28, 1955 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Ralph and Patricia (O'Dell) Carroll. She was a 1973 graduate of Mason County Central High School and married Raymond Dickenson, who preceded her in death. Hope enjoyed her children and grandchildren, vegetable and flower gardening, sewing and canning things that she had grown in her gardens. She is survived by her children, John (Denise) Jacobsen of Pentwater, Jason Miller of Pentwater and Justin Miller of Pentwater; 2 grandchildren, Brad Renwick and Dakota Miller; great grandchildren; mother, Patricia (Joe) Knizewski of Pentwater; grandmother, Pearl O'Dell of Pentwater; her brothers and sisters, Sandy (Dan) Vipond, Faith (Dave) Robenstine, Charity Phillips, April Stratton, Shirley Carroll, Debbie (Mark) Kramer, Walter (Patricia) Carroll, Sheila (Tom Matusak) Castillo, Joseph Knizewski, Robert Carroll, Larry (Vicky) Carroll, Patricia (Pete) Kapala, Michael (Marsha) Knizewski, Rebecca (Michael Gibson) Knizewski; several nieces and nephews; step-children and many step-grandchildren; Hope was preceded in death by her husband, father, Ralph Carroll, brother, Ralph Carroll II and sister, Sharon Shaffer. The Funeral Service for Hope will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. from the Tate-King Funeral Home with the Rev. Glenn Bearss officiating. Visitation Monday 7-9 P.M. at the Tate-King Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to the family expense fund.
