Mrs. Irma D. Morisson, age 84 of Hart, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010. She was born in Scottville, MI on May 20, 1926 to Jacob and Lucy (Henion) Meisenheimer. On January 9, 1946, she married LaVerne Morisson in Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Morisson was a homemaker and a member of the Oceana Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Marie (Roy) Hitts of Ferrry, MI; 9 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; sister, Ione Opgrand of Hart. She was preceded in death by her husband, LaVerne Morisson on November 11, 1991, her son, LaVerne Morisson and her parents. The Mass of the Resurrection for Mrs. Morisson will be offered Friday, June 18, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. from St. Joseph Catholic Church-Weare with Fr. Phil Shangraw presiding. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the King Funeral Home.
