Jack LaVern Carmean Jr., 54, of Twin Lake, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. He was born February 23, 1966, in Muskegon, the son of Jack LaVern Sr. and Jacqueline (Croft) Carmean.

Jack was an avid Volkswagen enthusiast, owning various classic Beetles and Busses.  He also enjoyed Mustangs and motorcycles; his garage was his sanctuary. Jack was also an outdoorsman who loved to go camping and fishing, especially with his grandkids.

Jack is survived by: his wife of 35 years, Kelly Sue Carmean; sons, Jack LaVern III (Sam) Carmean, Andrew Allen Carmean, and Jacob Russell (Chance Carey) Carmean; grandchildren, Noah, Landen, Payton, Alexis, and Navi; mother, Jacqueline Lee Carmean; sisters, Wanda Carmean, Wendy (Tim) Bloem, and Suzanne (Ted) Cooper; and many nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack LaVern Carmean Sr.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
