Jacqueline "Jackie" Dawn Scott, 53, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, died Friday, April 6, 2022, at McLeod Health Seacoast Hospital in Little River, South Carolina.  She was born July 12, 1968, in Northport, the daughter of David and Lulabelle (Harter) Scott.

Jackie worked as a dealer at Leelanau Sands Casino in Suttons Bay.  She also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orchard Creek Assisted Living, in Traverse City, and later at Myrtle Beach Manor upon her move to South Carolina.  Jackie loved sports.  She was a multi-sport athlete when she was younger, and she loved watching NASCAR, basketball, and football.  More than anything, Jackie loved her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

Jackie is survived by: her twins, Logan Scott of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Kendra Scott of Traverse City; grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin, and Kayden; father, David Scott of North Myrtle Beach; and brother, Rick Scott.

Jackie was preceded in death by her mother, Lulabelle Scott.

Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be celebrated at 11:00, Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at St. Kateri Tekakwith Church, in Suttons Bay, with Father Jim Swiat celebrant.  Interment will follow in St. Kateri Catholic Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4-6 PM, Monday, May 16, 2022, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel.
