Jacqueline "Jackie" Ann Tutak, 56, of Montague, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017, at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids.  She was born December 15, 1960, in Hart, the daughter of Edward and Geraldine (Alten) Tutak.

Jackie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who loved working in her garden, canning, cooking and going camping.  Jackie was even known to enjoy an occasional beer and game of Keno.  She truly enjoyed being a home health caregiver and providing the best possible care to her patients.  Most of all, Jackie loved spending time with her granddaughter, Emma.

Jackie is survived by: her daughter, Janae (Wes Tanner) Tutak of Montague; her granddaughter, Emma Rhys Tanner; 4 sisters, Gwen (Jim) Young of Montague, Cindy (Jeff) Cockerill of Whitehall, Maria (Roy) Ramey of Norton Shores, and Anna (Van) VanGuilder of Montague; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jackie was preceded in death by: her parents; her sister, Eva Houseman; and her brother, Kenneth Tutak.

Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at St. James Catholic Church, in Montague, with Rev. Peter Omogo celebrant.  The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 PM, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, in Whitehall.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses with any remaining funds being donated to the Johnson Family Cancer Center in Muskegon.
