Jerry Robert Woller, 85, of Whitehall, passed peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, August 18, 2021. He was born in Muskegon, the son of Gordon and Hilda (Pearson) Woller.
Jerry was a life-long resident of the White Lake area where he owned and operated several business throughout his work life. Family was the most important aspect of his life. Jerry and his wife, Sue, built special relationships with each of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss him deeply.
Jerry enjoyed the challenge of hiking 100 miles in 100 days each year, earning many T-shirts with his hiking buddies. He is remembered for his fondness of biking and carpentry.
Jerry is survived by: his wife of 65 years, Sue Ann Woller; his children, Terri (Larry) Vanderleest, Sally (Mike) Graham, and Tom (Kellie Barrett) Woller; his grandchildren, Jared (Molly) Vanderleest, Eric (Amelia) Vanderleest, Allison (Joe) Martin, Craig (Megan) Graham, Brian (Brandy) Woller, Tim (Berta) Woller, and Chris (Jen) Woller; 13 great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Mary Jane (Tom) Ackers.
Jerry was preceded in death by: his parents,; and his daughter-in-law, Marie Denice Woller; his sister, Nancy Schiller; and a special niece, Carole Hileman Vriesman.
Due to Covid 19 concerns, no services will be held at this time.
Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
