Mr. John "Tom" Pangburn, age 57, of Hart, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015. He was born October 28, 1957, in Hart to John and Mae (Brimmer) Pangburn. He was employed as a construction worker. He married the former Lori Lukonic in Oregon on April 12, 1984.

Tom was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed the out of doors when deer hunting, ice fishing, gardening and working in the yard. He was a hard worker and was very handy at many things. Tom once worked on Mt. St. Helen. He enjoyed being with his granddaughter Lola.

John is survived by his wife: Lori (Lukonic) Pangburn of Hart , one daughter: Sierra (Levi) House of Montague, MI and one son: Brian (Sarah) Pangburn of Ann Arbor, MI; he also has one granddaughter, Lola House; his mother Mae (Brimmer) Pangburn of Grand Rapids; four sisters: Penny Burillo of Hart, MI, Linda Pangburn of Muskegon, MI, Shirley Pangburn Stovall of FL, Millie (Phil) Adams of Grand Rapids, MI and one brother: Wayne (Traci) Pangburn of Hart, MI; Father and Mother In Law, Ed and Nancy Lukonic of Hart, MI; He was preceded in death by his father John Pangburn, and brother, Gary Pangburn.

The Celebration of Life for Tom will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015, from 3:00 until 5:00 PM at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Hart. The family requests that any memorials be directed to the family to assist with medical expense.
