John Edward Seaton, 80, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017. John was born June 30, 1936 in Washington D.C.

After high school John joined the US Navy. He was proud of his time spent in the military. After the Navy he worked as a contractor in the construction field. He was blessed with 4 children and a host of grandchildren. John enjoyed the Washington Redskins, baseball and working on cars. He was a hard-working, strong willed man who will be deeply missed.

John is survived by his children, Robert (Darcy), Patricia Seaton, and Dawn Seaton; grandchildren, Christopher, Megan, Shannon, Joshua, Samantha, Garrett, Julia and Stephanie; great-grandchildren, McKayla, Bradlee, Liam and Grayson. He was preceded in death by his son Richard Seaton; grandson, Aaron Dierich; brother, Robert; and sister, Barbara.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
