Johnny Owen King Sr., 62, of Bitely, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021. He was born October 4, 1958, in Hart, the son of Theodore Sr. and Vervena King.

Johnny was proud to serve his country in the US Army. He enjoyed fishing and camping. One of his favorite places to camp was Wayland Lake.

Johnny is survived by: his children, Johnny II (April) King, Mary King, and Renee King; grandchildren, Michael McDaniel, Skylar McDaniel, Johnathan McDaniel, Jayden McDaniel, Xzavyer King, Nevaeh King, Harmony Golnick, Kearra Golnick, Jaxen Golnick, and Elise Golnick; great-grandson, Elijah Rood; fiancé, Emma Pulsipher; brother, Charles (Becky) King; sister, Loranne (Leon) Griffis; and a good ol' uncle, Harry.

Johnny was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Theodore King Jr.; and nephew, James King.

In accordance with Johnny's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
