Joseph J. Knizewski, Jr., age 49, of Wyandotte, MI passed away Friday, March 18, 2011. He was born Feb. 4, 1962 in Trenton, MI to Joseph J. and Helen (Spence) Knizewski. He worked as a painter and loved kids. He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Patricia Knizewski of Pentwater; girlfriend, Lela Dow of River Rouge, MI; sisters April (Dan) Stratton of Kentucky and Debra (Mark) Kremer and their son, Mark, of Riverview, MI; step-brothers and sisters Rebecca (Mike) Knizewski, Michael (Marsha) Knizewski, Patty (Pete) Kapala, Robert Carroll, Larry (Vicky) Carroll, Sheila (Tom) Carroll, Shirley Carroll, Pamela (Dave) Robenstine, Charity (Rod) Shaffer, and Walter (Patty) Carroll; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen, and his wife, Janet Knizewski, step-brother, Ralph Carroll, Jr. and step-sisters, Hope Dickenson and Sharon Shaffer.
