It is in great sadness that the family of Joseph Phillips announce his passing. Joseph Allen Phillips, 49, of Hesparia, Passed away on 04/02/26 in his home. Joe(Joseph) was born in York, Pennsylvania on 06/03/76. 

He was a dedicated and hard worker serving almost 15 years at Linamar (Aludyne) in Montague. After high school graduation, Joe served 4 years in the army before starting in the workforce. Joe loved the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes/quads and bonfires. He loved working on new projects and working on his truck. 

Joe was very kind-hearted and easy to talk to. He had a great sense of humor and always knew how to make people laugh. He was always a reliable person, someone you would want by your side. Joe took family very seriously, and held that close to his heart. Joe was very loved and will be missed dearly. 

Joe is preceded in death by his grandparents Linda and Roger Fillmore. 

He is survived by his daughter Kaitlyn Phillips, his step-sons Shawn and Hunter McGuire, his brothers Adam Phillips and Eric and Olivia (Braun) Phillips , his mother Dianne Phillips, and lots of nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles. 

There will be no service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared once they are finalized.
