Judith Anne
Clemons
Sep 17, 1952 — Jul 4, 2026
Judith Anne Clemons, 73, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026. She was born September 17, 1952, in Fremont, the daughter of Gustave and Irma (Morrison) Johnson.
Judith lived a life filled with simple joys, quiet faith, and a deep appreciation for the little things that made each day special. She found happiness in watching classic comedy television shows, cheering on contestants during Deal or No Deal and nearly any game show she could find. She had a special love for animals, especially dogs, and delighted in caring for the birds that visited her yard, faithfully keeping their feeders full so she could enjoy watching them from her window.
A gifted crafter, Judith spent countless hours crocheting and sewing, creating with patience and care. She also had a fascination with history, especially collecting old coins, and anything dating back to the 1800s brought her genuine excitement. She loved the art of bartering; not simply for the bargain, but for the conversations, friendships, and connections it created. Judith had a unique sense of humor and a creative spirit, often giving nicknames to everyday objects and events that brought smiles to those around her.
Her faith remained a quiet but unwavering foundation throughout her life. Christmas was her favorite season, and she eagerly decorated her home the day after Thanksgiving each year. Christmas music filled her home at every opportunity, reflecting the joy and warmth she carried in her heart.
She is survived by: her son, Michael Clemons; siblings, Marian K Puffer and Kristine J. Capizzi; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Judith was preceded in death by: her parents, Gustave and Irma (Morrison) Johnson; husband, Paul R. Clemons Sr.; son, Paul R. Clemons Jr.; baby Lori Anne Clemons; sister, Joyce Wagner; and brother, Robert Johnson.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, July 30, 2026, at the Twin Lake Cemetery, located on the corner of Pillon Rd. and M120.
Judith will forever be remembered for her gentle heart, steadfast faith, playful sense of humor, love of animals, and the joy she found in life's simple treasures.
Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
