Julia Olszewski, 87, of Buckley, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022, at home with her family beside her. She was born on September 5, 1934 in Kingsley, Michigan, the daughter of Orlin Hall and Beatrice Weatherby. Julia spent her last 70 years married to her love, A. Joseph Olszewski.

Julia was well known and loved by her community and family. As an active member of the Kingsley Baptist Church, she was known as a woman who would do anything to help the people in her community. She loved camping with her kids and grandkids, and her nieces and nephews knew her as a second mother.

Julia is survived by: her husband, A. Joseph Olszewski; sister, Patricia Dehmel-Perkins; son, Dan (Lynn) Olszewski; daughters, Candy Hansen, Cindy Michels, and Valerie Pettry; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and nine of her brothers and sisters.
