Julie Ann Yanosky Hickerson ( Lexi Green) 54 of Grawn passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Tuesday October 11.2022. She was born July 4 ,1968 In Dexter Mi the daughter of Joseph and Joyce (Trumbull) Yanosky.

Julie attended Traverse City Central high school.  After high school Julie was a nurse's aide for a bit but found her true passion working in the flower business.  She worked at Teboe's for a little bit but left and went to work with her mom Joyce at The Plant Haus. Julie loved animals, gardening and to play bingo

Julie is survived by her partner Ed of Grawn, her son Jared of Traverse City and her mother Joyce of Traverse City

Julie was preceded in death by her husband John, her dad Joe her Grandparents and many aunts and uncles

The Family is asking for donations to help with the cost.  A Gofundme has been setup under Julie Yanosky Hickerson

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 21, 2022, at  Beacon Cremation and Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel.  Visitation will be held Friday, from 9:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery following the funeral service.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
