June Norma Wright, 85, of Ludington, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Medilodge of Ludington.  She was born November 3, 1932, in Otsego, the daughter of George and Veda (Greensides) Wright.

June loved everyone and especially enjoyed writing and reciting poetry, and making people laugh with her sense of humor.  She was known for the beautiful rugs she made and gave to her family and friends.

June is survived by: 2 brothers, Bruce (Sandra) Wright of Ludington, and Dennis (Connie) Wright of Ludington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by: her parents; her sisters, Naomi Edstadt, Peggy Anthony and Joan Cory; her brother, Duane Wright; and her half-brother, David Wright.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service-Pere Marquette Chapel. 309 S. Washington Avenue, Ludington with Pastor Roger Warmuskerken officiating.  Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 11:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home.
