On October 26, 2023, Karen Ann (Rasmussen) Abbott, left this Earth to be with her dearly departed daughters and family. She was born July 16, 1942, the daughter of Vance and Frances (Aikens) Rasmussen, in Detroit.

Karen cared deeply for her friends and family, as well as animals, both big and small. If there are horses in Heaven, you'd bet that's where we would find her.

Karen will be greatly missed by all who knew her, but especially by her husband, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crystal Valley Care Fund, PO Box 451, Hart, MI 49420.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, November 11, 2023, at the Elbridge Community Church, 2370 North 136th Avenue, Hart, MI 49420.
