Karl Anthony Wayman, 46, of Holland, died unexpectedly Thursday, May 21, 2026 in Holland. He was born January 2, 1980 in Shelby.

Karl worked for the McDonald’s Corporation since he was seventeen years old, managing locations across the United States. In his spare time he enjoyed his cars, hotrods and collecting Hot Wheels and McDonald’s memorabilia.

Karl is survived by: his parents, Susan and Greg Epplett; his siblings, Nicole (John) Kokx, Natosha Dodge, Matt (Haley Brown) Epplett and Jeremy (Savannah) Epplett; his special friend, Carlos Gutierrez; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Karl was preceded in death by: his father, Edward Woodworth Jr.; and his maternal grandparents, Sam and Elaine Wayman.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at McCumber Cemetery, 8382 E. Anthony Road, Branch, Michigan, 49402. Afterwards there will be a luncheon at the Ruby Creek Conservation Club, 8152 E. Washington Road, Branch, Michigan, 49402.
