Kathleen S. Hughes, 65, of Muskegon, went to her heavenly home Monday, December 25, 2023. She was born March 21, 1958, the daughter of Joseph and Evelyn (Flaska) Hughes.

Kathy loved her time spent with family, having morning coffee with her sister, feeding the wildlife, and being around her great nieces and nephew. She had the best sense of humor and always brought so much joy and happiness to everyone around her. She will be greatly missed.

Kathy is survived by: her sister, Carol (David) Curtsinger; sister-in- laws, Emily and Anna Hughes; nephew, Ricky Hughes; nieces, Rachel (Jordan) Goforth, Katie (Edgar) Islas, and Libby Hughes; great nieces, Alyna and Madelyn; and great nephew, Brysyn.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Joseph and Richard Hughes.

A private memorial will be held in Kathy's honor and the family would like to thank everyone for their continued prayers.
